Trillium Family Services: Assistant Director

As a Skills Trainer and Assistant Program Director at the Children's Farm Home Horse Program, I worked with children who were coping with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues. Additionally, I challenged myself to promote the program through the following avenues:​

• Creating content for and promoting the program's first monthly, subscription-based newsletter;

• In collaboration with the marketing team, drafting external communications, advertisements, and promotional materials for fundraising events;

My team was tasked with creating focused curriculum* for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group sessions, individual and family skills training sessions, and inpatient work-to-ride programs.
